Aizliegto grāmatu indekss jeb vienkārši Indekss (lat. Index Librorum Prohibitorum) - Romas Katoļu Baznīcas par kaitīgām kā herētiskām vai satura ziņām aplamām atzītu grāmatu saraksts. Pirmais šāds saraksts pieņemts V Laterāna koncilā 1515. gadā un rediģēts Trentas koncilā 1546. gadā. Kopumā iznākuši 32 aizliegto grāmatu saraksti, no tiem 12 - vēl XX gadsimtā (pēdējais 1948. gadā - ap 4000 nosaukumu). Lēmums pārstāt veidot šādus sarakstus tika pieņemts 1966. gada 9. aprīlī.
