Bestiārijs (no lat. bestia - "zvērs"; lat. Bestiarum vocabulum, an. bestiary, vc. Bestiarium, kr. бестиарий) jeb fiziologs (no gr. Φῠσιολόγος; an. physiologus, vc. Physiologus, kr. Физиолог) - viduslaikos populārs dzīvās dabas enciklopēdijas žanrs, reālu, mītisku vai nezināmu zemju apceļotāju it kā redzētu vai izdomātu sauszemes un ūdeņu dzīvnieku aprakstu, zīmējumu un to simboliska izskaidrojumu krājums. Bestiārijus visai intensīvi izmantoja heraldikā.
